Sunday Schedule.

I woke up at 3:37 am today, having slept before 9pm the night before. Couldn't sleep for about half an hour, remembered I had to transfer funds for my rental check so just went online to do it (and schedule auto transfers for the next 10 months). Logged in to Facebook's Restaurant City to put my employees to work and hit the bed again at 5 am. I woke up at a little after 9am.

Went online again and rested my RC employees, then checked out Click the City Movies to see what's showing in Makati cinemas. By the by, thank goodness for Click the City. I'm done with Sureseats.com. Site is constantly down, and users have to go through a complicated verification process just because they want to change their default theater! What the heck!

I was intending to watch Avatar since everyone is still raving about it, but decided to watch Sherlock Holmes instead while it's still showing in Greenbelt 1 (cheaper cinema prices). I figure I have another week (maybe more) for Avatar. First showing will be at 11:55 am, so I had time for brunch at Flapjack's.

May I just say, I love the service at Flapjack's. I've already noted down what they've done that can easily be replicated by my brand (wink, wink). With a twist, of course. :) Mosied on over to Seattle's Best at Greenbelt 5 to check out cafe decor as well.

Settled into the theater at a quarter to showtime so I was able to see upcoming movies. Alice in Wonderland looks good, ooh, and another Shrek movie is coming up? The Dragons animated movie (forgot the title) seems like a fun movie to watch, and I am intrigued by the trailer about the teen who is supposed to be the son of Poseidon (again, forgot the title). Clash of the Titans has a very bad trailer. Note to self: 3D and iMax movies are clearly becoming a trend, as most of the movies I mentioned have a 3D &/or iMax version.

Sherlock Holmes has a run time of a little over 2 hours, and is a fun movie to watch. Utterly different from the novels of course -- I've read The Complete Sherlock Holmes when I was a teenager -- but quite engaging. I'm glad to see they brought in the Professor. Hope to watch the sequel to Sherlock Holmes soon. It shouldn't be too far off, considering that this movie made loads of money at the Box Office in the US of A.

I'm now back home. Have checked in at Facebook, my gmail, and updated my Plurk wallpaper plus this blog. I'll be working in a while.

My staffing complement is almost full and what I found out is that if you have more staff, you actually feel pressured (though my bosses are not doing any pressuring yet; it's just purely me pressuring myself) to have more work done. No worries though, as I am quite enjoying my job at the moment so work doesn't feel like work yet.

Signing off for today. :)
